Our employees share this value of community and giving back to the community in which we serve. For the third year in a row, we will hosting Ottawa’s Wounded Warriors Canada Ride for Mental Health.

On Saturday, August 20th the team will ride 120 km throughout Ottawa or walk* 5 km walk to raise awareness and much-needed funds in support of mental health for our Veterans, First Responders, and their families. Working closely with the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces, we wanted to give back to an organization that makes a difference to those around us.

*We are asking walkers to join the bike team via the link above, so we can keep track of numbers.

Here’s a rundown of the day’s activities:

8:00am – Biker’s Send Off
2:00pm-3:30pm – 5 km Walk Starts
3:45-4:00pm – Cheque Ceremony (Bikers & Walkers)
4:30pm – Bier Market

We’ll finish off the day at the Ottawa War Museum at 3:45 pm for a closing ceremony & cheque presentation then head over to Bier Markt (156 Sparks St) for food and drinks.
